artifx.co is the portfolio of Florin Cerchez, a UI/UX designer based in Brașov, Romania. Questions about your data go to tot.image@gmail.com.

What is collected

When you book a call, the form sends your name, email address, the topic you picked, your message and the time you chose. Nothing else is asked for.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

How it is used

Your details are used only to arrange and hold the call: they create an event in Florin Cerchez’s Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, and Google emails you the invite. They are not sold, shared for marketing or used for anything else.

Google Calendar access

The booking feature connects to one Google account: Florin Cerchez’s own calendar. It reads free and busy times so the picker only shows open slots, and it creates the meeting event. Visitors are never asked to sign in with Google, and no one else’s Google data is accessed.

artifx.co’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long it is kept

Booking details stay in the calendar event and email thread for as long as they are useful for the conversation, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent at any time by writing to tot.image@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
